Historic Fowler House "B"

"B" is located on the prettiest block in the entire district. The original Fowler House is one of the oldest homes in downtown having been built in the late 1800s and a has great porch and each unit is very unique and has dedicated parking. The history to the home is long but it was a "boarding house" for 50 years and was eventually converted to a legal condo use in the Mansion district.

Unit "B" is on the first floor to the right side of the building. It has private access and has a comfortable living room and dining area. It also has a large bedroom and full bathroom. However, we think it is all about the porches, the horse carriages, and the short walk to Elijahs!

Just a really well laid out and comfortable room. The kitchen opens to the LR and the ornamental fireplace. Also, a unique table does double duty as dining area and well appointed desk. See another picture of the Kitchen below.
